Nice care went into crafting her wardrobe this season, too; costume designer Laura Okay. Smith created an influence swimsuit to suit Harper’s new standing. “That first shot that we see, Harper is in a grey three-piece swimsuit. It’s a custom-designed and custom-made swimsuit by Laura for Harper,” says Myha’la. “[Laura] was like, ‘I need this to be just like the hero piece for her closet and for her to have the ability to combine and match.’”
At different factors within the dialog, Myha’la journeys down reminiscence lane, chatting about fronting a Christian rock band in highschool and her lifelong love of musicals. (You’re going to be obsessed together with her dream Broadway position.)
